Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-09-30. This policy explains what Clixmax LLC, 6300 N Wickham Road, Suite 130 #337, Melbourne, FL 32940, USA ("we") collects when you use the Ninthgate exchange.

1. Account data

When you register we collect your name, company, email, website, messenger handle, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and payout details. We use them to run your account, pay you or bill you, prevent fraud and contact you about the Service.

2. Ad-request data

To run auctions and measure delivery, publishers send us, and we process, the visitor's IP address, User-Agent, page or referrer URL, approximate location derived from the IP, device type and a publisher sub-ID. This data is shared with demand partners for the purpose of bidding on and delivering the ad, and is used by us for fraud and invalid-traffic detection, reporting and billing. We do not sell it for any other purpose and we do not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

3. Cookies

The panel uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and form protection (CSRF). Ad-serving endpoints may run a short in-browser check on some traffic to detect automation; it stores nothing on the visitor's device beyond the request.

4. Retention

Ad-request logs are kept for as long as needed for billing, reconciliation and fraud investigations, normally no longer than 13 months. Account and financial records are kept for as long as the account exists and afterwards as required by law.

5. Processors and transfers

We use hosting, content-delivery, email and payment providers who process data on our behalf, and data may be processed in the United States and the European Union.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to support@ninthgate.site. Visitors to publisher sites should contact the publisher first; we will assist with requests that concern data we hold.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
